Accounts Preparation

Account Preparation: We deal with all aspects of the compilation of accounts be it for a sole trader, a partnership, a Club or Association, a Registered Charity, a Pension Scheme or a Limited Company. These accounts are usually needed to meet Legislative requirements, such as the Taxes Acts, Friendly Societies Act 1974, Charities Acts and S.O.R.P.s or the Companies Act 1985.

Record Keeping: We assist our clients in achieving the most appropriate book-keeping system best suited to their requirements. This often evolves with changes in the business, legislation or indeed with time or personnel.

Payroll and Book-keeping Bureau: We carry out a full Payroll function for a number of our clients weekly or preferably monthly using either a computerised system or manually as circumstances dictate. We will also carry out financial book-keeping for clients, although we actually encourage clients to complete this type of work themselves, in-house, if at all possible.
